Recycled denim is a unique yarn, created through a recycling process of only denim garments, selected by color, according to the original wash of the jeans. This sustainability practice in denim takes place in Prato, where denim scraps are frayed, returned to their fiber state and transformed into a new yarn. We used this yarn to create fresh knitwear garments but also to design and weave our first recycled fabrics, a canvas and a twill, highlighting the reduction of water consumption in the textile world.
