Return policy
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. Unworn and unwashed clothing and accessories can be returned, and you can request a refund by filling out this form.

For more information, please refer to our General Conditions of Sale in Article 8. Updates regarding your return request, as well as the return label to be attached to your parcel, will be provided via email.
As soon as we receive your return, we will issue a refund, net of shipping costs, to the original payment method.
The return shipping cost is charged to the customer and will be deducted from the purchase refund. The amount deducted corresponds to standard shipping, i.e., €5 from Italy, and €7 from the EU. For non-EU countries, the return shipping cost is completely charged to the customer. We encourage you to make your purchases responsibly, considering the environmental impact of transportation for both shipping and returns. The fewer unnecessary shipments we make, the better it is for everyone.
If you placed an order with the Fluffypack reusable packaging, you do not need to return it along with your return.
Once the return process is initiated, you will have 10 days to send us the items. Use this form to proceed with your return.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
To make an exchange, you can initiate the return process and then place a new order. Please note that if you used a discount code for the original purchase, it will not be valid for the new exchange order. However, you can still enjoy free shipping on your new order by subscribing to our newsletter.
You can keep the preorder discount for the exchange by contacting us at support@rifo-lab.com; we will refund the price difference once we receive the new exchange order.
