Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years of experience from fashion, apparel, or accessories companies.

What will you do?

• Strategic planning of all company products and various collections distributed offline and online.
• Planning release dates for collections and products offline and online, coordinating with marketing and communication.
• Coordinating styling, visuals, and product and collection presentations, interfacing with style, marketing, and communication.
• Coordinating the development of all products by actively interacting with style and product teams.
• Constantly analyzing sales data from various offline and online distributions to stay updated and responsive to new proposals.
• Defining the selling price and target cost for each item.
• Coordinating the budget for the development costs of each new product or product line or new material.
• Monitoring budget vs. actual development costs.
• Monitoring the initial product margin.

What is required:

• Deep knowledge of international markets and consumer approach dynamics, both offline and online.
• Creativity and a strong product sensitivity.
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Ability to coordinate and interact in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/PPTX and/or comparable tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Preferred experience in online fashion retail.
• A specialized degree in economics/marketing/management engineering or equivalent.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will work in the communications team contributing to content development.
Your goal will be to find the best way to tell the values, products and stories that are part of Rifò. You will try your hand at elaborating graphic content that helps convey our message, and you will participate together with the team in the elaboration and development of the editorial plan.
