INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Shipments of Rifo products are made with international courier directly to your home, in your office, you choose where you are more comfortable receiving your order. We ship worldwide. Any costs related to customs duties and related taxes, are charged to the customer.
Please note that free shipping codes are not valid for international shipments outside the EU.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery by courier is for all countries in 2-5 days from the time of order, so make sure there is someone at home to receive your order on the days you are expected to ship. Rifò also supports shipping to your work address, so if it is more convenient for you, you can indicate this when completing your order.

RETURNS
You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. Unworn and unwashed clothing and accessories can be returned, and you can request a refund by filling out this form. For more information, please refer to our General Conditions of Sale in Article 8. Updates regarding your return request, as well as the return label to be attached to your parcel, will be provided via email.
The return shipping cost is charged to the customer and will be deducted from the purchase refund. The amount deducted corresponds to standard shipping, i.e., €5 from Italy, and €7 from the EU. For non-EU countries, the return shipping cost is completely charged to the customer. We encourage you to make your purchases responsibly, considering the environmental impact of transportation for both shipping and returns. The fewer unnecessary shipments we make, the better it is for everyone.
EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, you can initiate the return process and then place a new order. Please note that if you used a discount code for the original purchase, it will not be valid for the new exchange order. However, you can still enjoy free shipping on your new order by subscribing to our newsletter.

LOVE LASTS WARRANTY
All Rifò garments are handcrafted with passion, respecting high quality standards. If you ever find find some manufacturing imperfection in Rifò products, we will repair them and return them to you as new.
Thanks to local skilled artisans we can repair your garment for free within three years of purchase. This is the most revolutionary gesture we can make to oppose disposable fashion. If this would be not possible, we will replace your product with the same item, or with one of your choice among those available at the moment. Rifò's Love Lasts warranty is valid for three years after the purchase, for problems due to manufacturing and production. It does not include accidental damage caused by external agents after the purchase, incorrect washing and the normal wear due to the daily use of the garment.
If the garment needs to be repaired within one year from the purchase date, both the shipping cost and the cost to ship it back are charged to Rifò for EU countries.
If the garment needs to be repaired between 1 and 3 years from the purchase date, the shipping cost for the garment to be repaired is borne by the customer while the cost to ship the repaired garment back is borne by Rifò only for EU countries.
For Switzerland, the UK, USA, and Canada, shipment is always borne by the customer while the return shipping cost is always borne by us.
If the garment needs to be repaired after three years from the purchase date, shipping and return costs are always borne by the customer for EU countries and non-EU countries.
