This yarn is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified and is made in Prato, Tuscany, using recycled fibers from pre-consumer industrial textile waste.
Thanks to the color sorting of second-hand garments, only about 10% of the fiber undergoes light over-dyeing to achieve a uniform color, still contributing to reducing the impact of full dyeing compared to standard virgin material processes.
