How it works
Within three years of purchase we will repair your Rifò garment for free thanks to the artisan skills of our area.
If this is not possible, we will replace your product with the same item, or with one of your choice from those available at the time.

Who repairs Rifò garments?
Repairs take place in Nicla's workshop, literally a 5 minute walk from our office.
Nicla learned to do it from past generations of women, from a culture that did not allow disposable products, that did not allow the existence of poor quality materials.
Today, knowing how to repair a sweater is a skill seriously at risk of extinction, which we must protect and help grow again.

*The Love Lasts warranty does not include accidental damage caused by external agents following the sale, incorrect washing or normal wear and tear due to daily use of the garment.
