Who we are looking for.
The ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or accessories companies.

What will you be doing?
Strategic planning of all the company's products and the several collections distributed off-line and on-line
Planning off-line and online release dates of collections and products by coordinating with marketing and communications teams
Coordinating styling, visuals, and product and collection presentations by interacting with styling, marketing, and communication teams
Coordinating the development of all products by actively interacting with styling and product development teams
Constantly analyze sales data from various off-line and online distributions to be up-to-date and responsive to new proposals
Defining sales price and target cost for each item
Coordination of development cost budget for each new product or product line or new material
Monitoring budget vs. actual product development costs
Monitoring the first margin on the product

Thorough knowledge of international markets and the dynamics of an offline and online consumer approach.
Creativity and strong product sensibility
Solid analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to coordinate and interact as a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of the office package, particularly Excel/PPTX and/or comparable tools
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Experience in an online fashion retailer preferred
Master's degree in economics/marketing/management engineering or equivalent


HR specialist intern

We are looking for an HR specialist to join our team, with a background in economics or psychology and preferably a master's degree in human resources. The offer includes a 6-month internship with the possibility of employment at the end of the internship.

What will you be doing?
Select and identify new applicants
Organize training for current staff
Assist in planning and managing the performance evaluation process
Verify that employees are maintaining attendance records and overtime entries
Manage onboarding activities for new employees
Manage employee questions and requests
Manage attendance and payroll and report to labor consultant.
Manage casual service receipts

Excellent knowledge of Excel
Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2)

B2B Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a sales figure with 3/5 years of international experience and with a background in fashion, apparel, or accessories brands, preferably in the field of sustainability.

What will you be doing?
Strategic planning of off-line distribution of Rifò sales (retailers, online platforms, distributors, and agents);
B2B trade fair planning and participation (Pitti Uomo Florence, Seek Berlin, etc.);
Market analysis, identification of key customers of interest;
Management and research of new business contacts;
Organization of sales visits to target territories;
Supervision of sales process from CRM update;
Post-sales customer support;

Preferred previous experience of at least 3/5 years in a similar role, in international, young, and dynamic contexts preferably in the contemporary sustainable fashion industry;
In-depth knowledge of international markets and retailer approach dynamics;
Solid analytical and data interpretation skills;
Negotiation skills;
Willingness to travel;
Ability to coordinate and work as part of a team;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Excellent knowledge of office package, especially Excel/PPTX and/or comparable tools;
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English; German language skills also preferred;

We are looking for models who feel close to Rifò's philosophy. We are not only looking for standard models, who wear S and L, but also curvy ones, who can enhance plus size garments. Why we are looking for new models?
- Fitting, in order to have regular and constant references to develop our garments
- Shootings, editorials but even lookbook for our e-commerce.
In the first case, it is required to be located close enough to Prato, where we have our headquarter. This is important in order to establish a lasting collaboration. In case of editorial shooting, it will be possible to decide a reward based on experience and professionalism.
