How it works
Within three years of purchase we will repair your Rifò garment for free thanks to the artisan skills of our area.
If this is not possible, we will replace your product with the same item, or with one of your choice from those available at the time.
Repair time: approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of the item.

Finding someone who can repair knitwear is becoming increasingly difficult.
That’s why we have selected, from our network of artisans, the most skilled ones to personally assess the best way to repair and extend the life of your garment.
Bring your damaged or imperfect sweater to our store, even if it’s not a Rifò garment, and we will provide you with a personalized repair quote.

Repairs are carried out in the workshops of expert menders we have carefully selected to partner with for this service.
Today, knowing how to repair a sweater is an increasingly rare skill. We are working to make it more accessible to everyone through our online and offline repair services available in our stores.
