How it works
Within three years of purchase we will repair your Rifò garment for free thanks to the artisan skills of our area.
If this is not possible, we will replace your product with the same item, or with one of your choice from those available at the time.

Repair your clothes from other brands as well
Finding someone who can repair knitted garments is becoming increasingly difficult.
For this reason, until 30/04, we are extending our service: you can send us your sweater with holes or imperfections, even if it is not from Rifò, and we will provide you with a personalized quote.
Once approved, we’ll take care of everything: send it to us, we’ll repair it, and send it back to you.
As a thank you for your contribution to the circular economy, you will receive a 20% discount voucher.

Within a year
The shipping and return costs of the repaired item are borne by Rifò for EU countries.
From 1 to 3 years
The shipping cost of the item to be repaired is borne by the customer, while that of the repaired item is borne by Rifò (only for EU countries). For Switzerland, UK, USA and Canada, shipping is always at the customer's expense while return shipping is always at our expense.
After three years
Shipping, repair and return costs are always borne by the customer, both for EU countries and for non-EU countries.

Shipment of the item for repair
The shipping cost for the garment to be repaired is borne by the customer, who must send it to Rifò's headquarters: Rifò srl, Via Filicaia 26/C, Prato 59100, Italy.

Il costo di spedizione del capo riparato è a carico di Rifò, che lo spedirà all’indirizzo indicato dal cliente in fase di pagamento del servizio.

*The Love Lasts warranty does not include accidental damage caused by external agents following the sale, incorrect washing or normal wear and tear due to daily use of the garment.
