We work with a local supply chain that we monitor over time through visits, document collection, and audits. This close relationship helps us closely track quality, timelines, and working conditions throughout production.

The suppliers we rely on are an extension of our team, whom we visit weekly.
We share the same principles and ethical values, as evidenced by the Code of Conduct they sign. This document declares their commitment to the five key principles of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
Furthermore, they adhere to the principles of fair trade as outlined and endorsed in our Code of Ethics.
Social Sustainability
Since 2022, we have been subjecting part of our supply chain to social sustainability audits with the support of Bureau Veritas in the following areas:
- Work environment (health and safety)
- Work hours
- Remuneration
- Environment
- Transparency in the supply chain
- Regulatory compliance
- Forced labor and child labor
In 2025, audits covered 33 first- and second-tier suppliers, all of whom met the required standards.
Responsible Purchasing
We are committed every day to adopting responsible purchasing practices towards all suppliers who are part of our circular supply chain.
Our reference is the Common Framework for Responsible Purchasing Practices, defined by a group of multi-stakeholder initiatives with the aim of reducing negative impacts on workers in production chains and ensuring transparency of the supply chain.
In this model, responsible purchasing practices are grouped into five principles:
- Integration and reporting;
- Equal partnership;
- Production planning;
- Fair payment terms;
- Sustainable costs.
Through Open Supply Hub, we provide an interactive map of the suppliers and subcontractors we have gradually mapped and published, to offer greater transparency in the supply chain.
