DETAILS
The recycled cotton long-sleeved t-shirt Ottavio is cool and sustainable. Its composition is 100% cotton, half organic and half recycled from industrial overstocks .
COMPOSITION: 50% recycled cotton from production surplus, 50% organic cotton.
WASHING CARE To take care of your t-shirt you can wash it at 30°c on a gentle cycle or wash it by hand. We advise you not to tumble dry, but instead, to air dry it.
FIT
REGULAR: This garment has a regular fit. We recommend your usual size. See the size chart for further information.
ORIGIN
The t-shirt is made in Prato by Andrea , 21 km from our office.
The recycled yarns we use are certified.

A Sustainable Long Sleeved T-Shirt
How it is made
With this new composition we achieved the goal of a recycled but completely natural jersey fabric. 50% is made from recycled cotton from industrial waste, while the other 50% is made from virgin organic cotton. Again, we turn waste into new resources designed to last.
Environmental Impact
Organic cotton is cultivated through non-intensive methods that maintain soil fertility and reduce water usage. When combined with recycled cotton, this material blend yields substantial resource savings compared to genetically modified cotton that prioritizes productivity over sustainability.
Social impact
For every purchase on our online shop, we will donate 2€ to the social impact project ** Nei nostri panni, cenciaiolis to be, which aims to create a school for cenciaioli, the artisans of textile recycling. Every donation will support the training of young people coming from the local immigrant reception centres.
Who made it
In his laboratory in Prato Andrea has been making jersey garments for a lifetime. This is why we chose him for our rcycled t-shirts and polo shirts.

Because we choose to produce in Italy, with valuable craftsmanship. Because we choose quality raw materials that are sustainable for the planet. Because we produce small quantities to limit waste, which makes it difficult for us to lower unit costs.
That's not all. Compared to our costs, we have a low profit margin. We don't intend to accumulate wealth, we rather reinvest in research, which allows us to create value and grow as a brand.
