Shipments of Rifo products are made with international courier directly to your home, in your office, you choose where you are more comfortable receiving your order.
We ship worldwide.
Any costs related to customs duties and related taxes, are charged to the customer (except from Switzerland and UK) and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products.
Please note that free shipping codes are not valid for international shipments, the costs associated with customs duties and related taxes are charged to the customer.

RETURNS
You have up to 60 days from order delivery to change your mind. Unworn and unwashed clothing and accessories can be returned and you can request a change or a refund. For more information, see our General Conditions of Sale in art. 8. a
If you want to change your product
To change a product that you have purchased with one of a different size or with another product in stock, the shipping costs and the costs of the new shipment are paid by Rifò for countries belonging to the European Union. For the remaining countries the return and shipping costs are charged to the customer.
If you want to return your purchase.
To return a product and get a refund, the shipping costs are paid by Rifò for countries belonging to the European Union. For the remaining countries the return costs are charged to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: updates regarding shipping will be provided via email.
Write us at ciao@rifo-lab.com telling us the reason of your return and we will send you all the instruction to proceed.
LOVE LASTS WARRANTY
All Rifò garments are handcrafted with passion, respecting high quality standards. If you ever find find some manufacturing imperfection in Rifò products, we will repair them and return them to you as new. If this would be not possible, we will replace your product with the same item, or with one of your choice among those available at the moment. Rifò's Love Lasts guarantee is valid for two years after the purchase, for problems due to manufacturing and production. It does not include accidental damage caused by external agents after the purchase, incorrect washing and the normal wear due to the daily use of the garment.
