Used clothes take-back service
Your wool or cashmere sweaters and denim trousers can be recycled with our used clothing take-back service. Make an ecological choice and join the circular economy too.
How does it work?
1st step
Check the label
Check that the garments have a pure composition. We tolerate up to 5% of a second material: 95% wool or cashmere + 5% cashmere or wool, while in the case of jeans, 95% cotton + up to 5% of any other fiber.

2nd step
Choose a delivery method
You have two options: you can book a shipment at our expense (for a minimum of 5 pieces) with a UPS courier or search for the collection point closest to you from the map below.
3rd step
Receive a discount
Every small gesture deserves to be valued. With each shipment you get a 20% discount voucher to spend on our online shop on a minimum order of €50, even on presale items. The vouchers cannot be combined in a single order and with other discount codes.
You will receive one discount code per action, not based on the number of items you send. 1 shipment = 1 discount code.

You can drop off your items at one of the collection points and receive a voucher usable on our website.
Alternatively, at a Rifò retailer, in this case the discount is at the discretion of the merchant and valid on the merchandise sold in that store.

Wool and Cashmere Collection
You can deliver your cashmere or wool sweaters:
- to Rifò retailers,
- to our store in Prato.
Jeans Collection
You can also deliver your jeans:
- to NaturaSì,
- to our store in Prato
- and to many companies and B Corp that host our boxes.

- Sweaters that are at least 95% cashmere or wool
- Blue denim jeans that are at least 95% cotton
- Only garments with composition labels
- Sweaters that are felted or have minor damage
- Denim jeans that have minor damage
- Children's clothing as long as they meet the same conditions

- Wool and/or cashmere scarves, coats, blankets, shawls, beanies and gloves
- Handmade garments without composition labels
- Denim jackets, shirts or skirts
- Jeans in colors other than classic blue denim
- Garments with more than 5 percent elastane or other fibers in their composition
Ship your garments by courier
After making sure that your garments are made up of at least 95% cashmere, wool or cotton, in the case of jeans, Book a shipment at our expense for a minimum of 5 pieces.
You will receive an email with all the instructions for sending your items through a UPS access point.
The choice on the minimum number of garments is dictated by our desire to limit the CO₂ impact of transport, but remember that you can always also collect garments from family, friends and acquaintances to reach the minimum required.
What happens after used clothing collection?
We have joined forces in our area to create a circular, sustainable and local model, which follows these steps:
• The used clothing delivered to our collection boxes arrives in Bologna, at the social cooperative La Fraternità.
• Here they are selected to be revalued as second-hand clothes through the network of second-hand shops AND Circular.
• If this is not possible, they are included in the recycling process which takes place in Prato, a few kilometers from our headquarters.

Once selected by the La Fraternità social cooperative, wool, cashmere and jeans return to Prato, to the companies in our textile district that deal with recycling, to be selected by color and composition before being recycled without the need for a new high-impact dye.

Likewise, the material that comes from old wool and cashmere sweaters is transformed into a new yarn by Filpucci Spa, a historic Prato spinning mill and our supplier for the creation of new sustainable garments and accessories in recycled wool and cashmere.

Jeans take-back service for companies
To spread the circular economy and the used jeans take-back service, we have worked in synergy with many virtuous Italian companies. Today you can also find Re-Think Your Jeans in shared spaces and workplaces such as Nana Bianca, Impact Hub, IED and Talent Garden.
