Minimum quantity required

The minimum quantity required to place an order of Rifò products is 2000 €.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are at your charge according to weight. For more information, consult our catalogue. You can request it by filling the form above. For Usa all prices are landed: shipping costs and duties are included.

Delivery time

If available in stock you will receive the goods in maximum 5 working days, if not available it depends on specific production times.

Marketing kit

To show Rifò products in your shop and explain their value to customers at best, we will provide you A4 self-supporting banners and postcards to give to your customers. Everything made with recycled cardboard.

Lookbook images and communication material

If you have a shop online, or you simply want to promote the products in your physical store through social media and online channels, you can use the photos from our shootings. For this we created folders containing authorized material that you can use for your activity.

Used garment collection

Our wardrobes are full of clothes that we no longer wear, sometimes made of precious materials such as cashmere. Rifò is a project beside being a brand. This is why we want to offer a service as well as a product. You can become a collection point for old 100% cashmere and wool sweaters, and make your customer take part in the circular economy.

Warranty

Rifò garments are handcrafted with love and they are guaranteed for one year from the purchase. In the event of manufacturing defects, we will replace them with the same goods, or with products that you can choose from those available at the moment. Rifò's guarantee does not include accidental damage caused by external agents after the sale, incorrect washing and the normal daily use of the garment.
